How to Use / How to Grow:
Start seeds indoors, as celery requires a long growing season. Sow seeds on the soil surface and press lightly—light aids germination. Keep soil consistently moist and transplant seedlings into fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Regular watering and rich soil help produce thick, tender stalks.
Harvest & Use:
Harvest outer stalks as they mature or cut the entire plant when stalks are well developed. Enjoy fresh for snacking, slicing, and salads, or use in soups, stews, and cooked dishes. Celery can also be blanched and frozen for longer storage.
