Burdock Seeds

Burdock is a biennial herb or vegetable known for its nutritious and flavorful root. Best grown outdoors, the plants grow are tall, reaching an average height of 3 to 6 feet, with a large, broad leaf that can be 2 feet in diameter. In the second year, these plants produce tall stalks with pink-purple flower and prickly burrs that contain the seeds.
