What Makes Survival Garden Seeds Different - non-GMO heirloom seeds

Cape Daisy Seeds (Osteospermum) produce elegant, eye-catching flowers with crisp white petals and rich purple centers. Native to Africa, this adaptable daisy is valued for its extended bloom period, light fragrance, and ability to thrive with minimal care. It brings refined beauty to garden beds, borders, and cut flower arrangements while supporting pollinators throughout the season.

Plants grow 12–18 inches tall and form tidy, well-branched clumps that bloom generously under full sun. In warmer climates, Cape Daisy is a dependable perennial that returns year after year. In cooler regions, it is commonly grown as an annual, offering months of consistent color and garden interest.

Elegant African Daisy with Long Bloom Time:

  • Snowy white petals with striking purple eyes
  • Extended flowering season compared to many daisies
  • Lightly fragrant blooms suitable for cutting

Low-Maintenance and Pollinator Friendly:

  • Easy-care plant for sunny gardens
  • Attracts bees and butterflies
  • Performs well in garden beds, borders, and containers

Why Gardeners Love Cape Daisy:

  • Clean, dramatic flower contrast
  • Long-lasting blooms with minimal effort
  • Reliable performer in warm and mild climates
  • Returns as a perennial in USDA zones 8 and above

How to Grow Cape Daisy:
Start seeds indoors or sow outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Plant in full sun and well-drained soil for best flowering. Water regularly during establishment, then moderately once plants are established. Deadheading spent blooms can encourage continued flowering.
