Cherokee Greens, developed by Craig LeHoullier of North Carolina, are some of the most tasty green beefsteak tomatoes available. These medium to large tomatoes have a big, bold flavor and firm, juicy flesh. This unique annual veggie is a favorite slicing tomato for home growing, with compact indeterminate vines that are suitable for patio and containers as well as backyard gardens.
- Zesty Beefsteak Tomatoes - Non-GMO, heirloom Cherokee Green tomatoes were developed from the Cherokee Purple variety. Each plant can develop an average of 20 large, 8 to 12 ounce tomatoes. These meaty tomatoes have juicy, green flesh with an more acidic flavor. The yellow-green skin develops an amber to orange-red blossom end when fully ripe. Use these green tomatoes wherever you'd use a red slicing tomato, especially for BLT sandwiches and tarts.

No, we do not pre-treat our farmer seeds. All of our garden seeds for sale are untreated, open-pollinated, non-GMO, and heirloom varieties. They are kept in temperature-controlled cooler storage until they are packed and shipped to keep them pest and disease-free.
