    For improved germination rates, soak seeds overnight and clip off seed tail to speed germination. Start 3-4 weeks before last frost indoors or sow directly outdoors once soil has warmed to at least 70 degrees F. Space hills 5 feet apart in a sunny spot with well draining soil. Thin each hill to the strongest vine.
  • Seed Saving Instructions
    Open dried gourd and pull out seeds. Separate from papery pulp and discard any molded or damaged seeds. Allow seeds to dry on a tray for up to a week. Label and keep in a dry cool place for up to 5 years.
