What Makes Survival Garden Seeds Different - non-GMO heirloom seeds

Hearts of Gold Melon Seeds produce a beloved heirloom cantaloupe known for its rich sweetness, fragrant aroma, and succulent texture. These melons typically mature at 2–3 pounds and deliver a classic, old-fashioned cantaloupe flavor that shines when enjoyed fresh from the garden. Their balanced size and exceptional taste make them a rewarding choice for home growers.

As fruits ripen in the warmth of summer, the netted rind becomes more pronounced, signaling peak flavor and sweetness. Hearts of Gold melons grow well in raised beds or directly in garden soil and perform best when given full sun and adequate space to vine.

Classic Cantaloupe Flavor:

  • Produces 2–3 pound melons with juicy flesh
  • Extremely sweet aroma and taste
  • Traditional netted rind that deepens at ripeness
  • Ideal for fresh eating

Why Customers Love Hearts of Gold Melons:

  • Reliable heirloom with outstanding flavor
  • Perfect size for home gardens
  • Aromatic fruit that signals ripeness clearly
  • Satisfying harvest for summer gardens

How to Use / How to Grow:
Sow Hearts of Gold melon seeds in full sun after the soil has warmed and all danger of frost has passed. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil and water regularly during early growth. As vines establish, consistent but moderate watering helps support sugar development.

Harvest melons when the rind netting is fully developed and the fruit releases easily from the vine. Enjoy fresh, chilled, or in fruit salads.
