How to Use / How to Grow:
Direct sow after the danger of frost has passed and soil temperatures have warmed. Broadcast or plant in rows and keep soil moist until seedlings are established. For cover cropping, mow or incorporate plants into the soil before seed set. For grain harvest, allow seeds to mature fully before cutting and threshing.

    Direct sow after the last spring frost. Broadcast seeds and tamp into well-draining soil. Will not grow in wet conditions. Till under at any stage after flowering ahs begun for green manure, or harvest when most of the seeds have turned brown for groat harvest.
