What Makes Survival Garden Seeds Different - non-GMO heirloom seeds

Spaghetti Squash is a popular winter squash with mild, nutty flesh that separates into pasta-like strands. Seeds can be roasted for a healthy snack. Vines produce an abundance of 3-4 pound oblong yellow vegetables that store well.

  • Great Yields - Spaghetti squash vines can produce many 3-4 pound oblong squashes. These can be picked and stored in a dry place for months, giving you added food security through the winter months.
  • Pasta Substitute - Many people use the flesh of the spaghetti squash as a vegetable substitute for noodles because of its stringy texture. It is fiber-rich and low in calories, but has a lot of nutrients and tastes great.
