    Plant once your soil reaches 65°, or start indoors 3-4 weeks prior. Plant in hills spaced 18-24" apart. Thin the seedlings to 2-3 plants per mound.

    Allow one or two zucchini to mature on plant. Remove and clean seeds by soaking them in water. Collect seeds that sink and dry in a warm location. Store dry in a paper envelope.
